Directions:
The Andaz München Schwabinger Tor is located in the heart of Munich’s Schwabing district, easily accessible from Munich Airport. Guests can take the train S8 toward the city, transfer at Münchner Freiheit to tram line 23, and arrive at Parzivalplatz just a short walk from the hotel. Alternatively, taxis or airport buses provide a direct 20–35 minute transfer. The nearest public transport stops include Parzivalplatz and Münchner Freiheit (U3/U6).

The garage located at Schwabinger Tor quarters is directly connected with the hotel and has over 900 parking spaces available, including 23 EV charging stations. The gallery at the “Marstall Festzelt” offers an exclusive setting for a private business lunch right at the heart of the Oktoberfest. This elegant horse-themed tent provides the perfect blend of traditional Bavarian festivities and a refined atmosphere for executive meetings. We will organize a private shuttle bus (+15min walk) from the hotel to the tent.

Paulaner tent | 4:30 PM - 10:30 PM
The “Paulaner Festzelt” is one of the most iconic beer tents at Munich’s Oktoberfest, a lively, historic festival tent where guests from around the world come together to enjoy traditional Bavarian hospitality, music and hearty regional cuisine. It’s a 10 minute walk from Marstall tent.
