Configurable Data Retention for Mosaic Sentinel

Administrators can now set data retention periods for each Mosaic Sentinel module in Workstation. Sentinel uses sensible defaults of 180 days, or 30 days for Performance, and automatically cleans up data based on your settings. Optimized storage and compression help control storage usage and costs as monitoring data grows.
