"Delete" Refresh Policy Support for Mosaic Models

Keep Mosaic models focused on the data that matters with scheduled, table-level refresh options. You can now delete and reload rows matching a filter, or simply remove matching rows. Filters are required to prevent accidental deletion. Only selected tables are refreshed, avoiding full republishes and helping reduce memory usage while keeping data current.
